SMS has not arrived what should I do?
Proceed with a new registration and when appear the page for entering the mobile phone number you can see two cells : in the first cell you need to enter the international prefix ( such as Italy 39 ) in the second cell you must enter the full mobile number ( eg 3291234567 ) .
